Richard Pieris opens water tank manufacturing plant in Dambulla

NEW FACTORY: Arpico Plastishells Ltd. a subsidiary company of the Richard Pieris Group opened its third water tank factory at Denodara, Dambulla, last week.

The factory aims at catering to the increasing number of consumers from the Central and Eastern Province.

Managing Director of Arpico Plastishells, Sunil Liyanage said that over 1 million consumers in Sri Lanka were already using the Arpico Plastishells water tank which comes with a ten year guarantee. This new plant was opened specifically to target the increasing urbanisation and with it the increased demand for clean water storage facilities.

This water tank created by Arpico was first introduced in 1992. Ever since, various improvements to the basic structure ensures that the stored water remains cool and clean.

This water tank is manufactured under very high standards using the latest in Italian rotomolt technology, all raw materials used can be re cycled, and is entirely environmental friendly.
