ZILLIONe introduces world class CRM practices
INTRODUCTION: "Beyond Contact Management and Exceeding
Expectations" was the theme of a forum sponsored by ZILLIONe Systems
Solutions with the aim of introducing the Sri Lankan Business Community
to world class practices in managing customer relationships effectively
to gain a competitive edge.

and Operations Management and System Integration in Sri Lanka.
According to ZILLIONe's Managing Director T. Suresh, ZILLIONe has
been growing at a pace of 80% per annum in the last three years, and
world class business partnerships and brilliant customer care practices
are the secrets behind their growth success. ZILLIONe has been a leading
software solutions provider for the past 25 years with a clientele of
over 300 organisations.
He further said "Sri Lankan Businesses haven't yet fully utilised the
potential of the use of IT in effective Customer Relationship
Management. we at ZILLIONe have taken it upon ourselves to ensure that
the Sri Lankan businesses are geared for the future and we've already
introduced a CRM software solution to the Sri Lankan market. This forum
concentrates educating the participants to exploit the full potential of
customer relationship management in order to create new sales
opportunities and increase customer satisfaction levels so the customer
returns back for future business".
Sales force automation, marketing automation and customer care
automation were the 3 essential components of CRM which were key areas
of discussion at the forum. The keynote addresses were presented by
Rohantha Athukorala a marketing personality in Sri Lanka, and Richard
Leong, Channel Manager, Sage ACCPAC South Asia.
Rohantha Athukorala's presentation highlighted upon macro economic
factors and how CRM would benefit the Sri Lankan business community.
While Richard Leong focused on how CRM can help to manage customer
relationships and increase visibility of customer requirements.
Over 150 professionals participated at this forum. ZILLIONe hopes to
conduct many more workshops/forums of this nature that will help Sri
Lankan Businesses to gain knowledge of successful international business
