Devananda, condemns TNA MPs' behaviour in Parliament

The General Secretary of the Eelam People's Democratic Party (EPDP) and Minister of Social Services and Social Welfare, K.N. Douglas Devananda, in a media release yesterday condemned the behaviour of TNA members of Parliament obstructing the proceeding of the legislature which prevents the voice of the masses including the Tamils to be heard in Parliament where matters of public importance are being discussed.

In the media release, Minister Devananda decided the shouting of the TNA members as shedding crocodile tears over the association of Parliamentarian Joseph Pararajasingham, completely in contrast with their dead silence over the killings of former Tamil patriots like Amirthalingam, Neelam Thiruchlvam and Thangathurai.

The media release urged the Tamil speaking people in this country to understand this duplicity of behaviour and prevail upon TNA members to stop shedding tears for Tiger Fascist elements and allow the Parliament to conduct its proceeding under conditions conducive to discuss people's problems.
