38th death anniversary of D. A. Rajapakse today

A commemorative meeting to mark the 38th death anniversary of D. A. Rajapakse, late father of President Mahinda Rajapakse will be held at the Colombo New Town Hall, Ananda Coomaraswamy Mawatha, Colombo 7 on December 20 at 4.30 p.m.

Sam Wijesinghe, former Secretary General of Parliament will deliver the D. A. Rajapakse Commemorative lecture on 'People and State Power' at this ceremony.
