Seminar on World Government

The World Constitution and Parliament Association (WC&PA) through its President Dr. T. P. Amarasinghe, Sri Lanka and USA said the ninth session of the Provisional World Parliament and Conference on 'The Concept of Democracy' will be held in Tripoli, Libya from February 25 to March 3, 2006.

Hosted by the Revolutionary Committees Movement of Libya, all room, board and transportation within Libya will be covered for the first 100 registrants.

Delegates and observers must pay only for their international transportation and registration fee of US$ 25. Visas will be provided at the Tripoli Airport on application through the organisers, the World Constitution and Parliament Association, on or before January 1, 2006.

The theme of the 9th session of the Provisional World Parliament is that the people have the rights and duty to begin Democratic Federal World Government before it is too late and the nations destroy the future of humankind.

In addition to the Parliament, a special three day conference will be held from March 1 to 3, after a tour of the ruins of the ancient Roman City, on the Concept of Democracy Image and Reality, in Sirte.
