Pramodya steps down as national selector

Former Sri Lanka fast bowler Pramodya Wickremasinghe has resigned as a member of the national cricket selection committee states an SLC media release.

Wickremasinghe according to the release has stated that he is resigning due to personal commitments and that he was not in a position to devote his time as a national selector. The five-man selection comprises Lalith Kaluperuma as chairman, K.M. Nelson, Shabbir Asgerally and Don Anurasiri as the other members.
