Chamber trade promotion mission to Austria, Slovakia and Slovenia

The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce Trade Fair Unit will lead a trade and investment promotion mission to Austria, Slovakia and Slovenia. The mission will take place from October 15 to 23.

This idea was initiated by Ambassador, Embassy and Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka, Ambassador for Sri Lanka in Austria Aruni Wijewardane, when she met with the CCC delegation in the Czech Republic in May.

Wijewardane, who is also accredited to Slovakia and Slovenia, realising the vast potential for Sri Lankan products has extended an invitation to the CCC to organise a Trade and Investment Promotion Mission to these three countries.

The Mission is being co-ordinated by the Sri Lankan Embassy in Vienna under the guidance of Wijewardane with the support of the Chambers in Austria, Slovakia and Slovenia and Ms Karolyiova, Honorary Consul for Sri Lanka in Slovakia.
