International Photographic competition and exhibition

THE National Photographic Art Society of Sri Lanka invites photographers from all over the world to participate in an International Photographic Competition and Exhibition to be held at the National Art Gallery in Colombo from November 12 to 15 under the patronage of The International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP).

The FIAP is an international federation which affiliates as operational members, the National Associations of photography.

The event coincides with the 55th anniversary of the National Photographic Art Society of Sri Lanka. This is the 13th International Exhibition organized by the NPAS since its inception in 1950.

A highly acclaimed panel of judges from Sri Lanka and overseas will choose the winners of the competition. Successful photographers can apply for distinctions offered by the FIAP.

As the only representative federation in Sri Lanka, the NPAS has an exclusive right to hold exhibitions under the patronage of the FIAP.

The entries can be in Monochrome and Colour. Applications for the competition can be obtained from: Director (Exhibition), The National Photographic Art Society of Sri Lanka, P.O. Box 452, Colombo.
