The Government is ready to declare its stance with regard to the peace talks with the LTTE as the UPFA Government maintains a transparent policy in this regard, Leader of the House, Health, Nutrition and Uva Wellassa Development Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva said yesterday.

Responding to a question by Jathika Hela Urumaya Parliament group leader Ven. Athuraliye Ratana Thera, de Silva said he would make a comprehensive statement explaining the UPFA Government's stance on peace talks within this week.
