Seminar on 'Business Etiquette'

A one-day seminar on 'Business Etiquette' organised by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will be held at the Galadari Hotel on August 11, 2005, commencing 8.30 a.m. The seminar is a repeat from last year, which was rated highly by the participants.

The participants ranged from job seekers to executives to company CEOs.

This year's seminar will focus on why persons aspiring for career success and advancement, as professionals should strive for etiquette excellence. The seminar will also discuss the 'rules' of etiquette, which would be beneficial to business professionals/executives, job seekers and any others interested in establishing a positive professional image.

The resource person Dila Hettiaratchy is former In-flight Services Training Manager of Sri Lankan Airlines.
