Pirith to bless the country

A 36-hour Pirith chanting ceremony to bless the country, the people and the Government headed by President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga will commence tomorrow at the Sri Dalada Maligawa, Kandy under the patronage of the Most Ven. Thibbotuwawe Sri Siddhartha Sumangala Mahanayake Thera of the Malwatte Chapter and Ven. Udugama Sri Buddharakkhitha Ratanapla Mahanayake Thera of the Asgiriya Chapter.
