As a preliminary to introduce the 'Stress Free Card' (SFC) Dr. Rasvinder, met the media on Wednesday at the Mercantile Cricket Association to celebrate on the SFC. According to Dr. Rasvinder everybody in the contemporary times we find ourselves in, does experience stress in one form or another.

Even a small school going child switching a school bag from shoulder to shoulder, will have pain and stress on the two shoulders.

An adult on the domestic front, finding it difficult to make ends meet due to financial constraints, is subject to stress. The situations and circumstances by which stress is brought about is on the increase - which in turn has given rise to anti-stress management processes, through many organizations.

With the assistance of Joint Directors Dr. M.G.M.S. Zurfick and Lakshman Rodrigo, and Joe Karunaratne, as consultant - Dr. Rasvinder will have cause to be satisfied that a company to tackle stress has been formed by the name of Stress - Free Company (Pvt) Ltd.

The company was born out of necessity to assist the many suffering from stress, which is largely responsible for 80% of the diseases, a good many being contagious. To remove disease you must remove stress and vice versa. And so to minimise stress to a large extent or eradicate it completely, the company is introducing this Stress Free Card.

The card similar in size to the national identity card is not plastic but copper plated in the front and gold plated in the rear.

The Pyramids of Egypt suggests latent strength and the 9 planets is symbolic of cosmetic energy, and so the reason for the 9 Pyramids on one side of the card. The two colours used is blue which is good for the body and green for the mind and brain.

The cosmetic power, the power from copper, golden colours, so collected will go through the individual's photograph and to the person's signature, that acts as the symbol of the nervous system.

Body, mind and the nervous system will be healed. It's personalised and cannot be made use of by another. To avoid obstruction the card should be placed in the pocket could be helpful to sportsmen because it's charged by cosmic power.
