CB guide on foreign exchange transactions

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka has published a booklet titled "A Guide to Foreign Exchange Transactions".

This booklet provides information on the existing rules and procedures applicable to foreign exchange transactions under the Exchange Control Act, in a concise and easily understandable manner.

It also provides details of liberalised foreign exchange transactions and foreign transactions under control, along with special facilities granted to maintain foreign currency accounts, etc.

This booklet is available in English and can be purchased from the Central Bank Sales Counter at the Centre for Banking Studies, No. 58, Sri Jayawardenapura Mawatha, Rajagiriya.
