Annual grant to women for undergraduate study

The Zonta Club of Colombo announced the award of the Jane M. Klausman Women In Business Scholarship.

The scholarship is open to women pursuing an undergraduate degree in business leading to the business management career.

The third or fourth year undergraduates of an accredited university are eligible to apply. The applicants should have achieved an outstanding academic record during the first two-three years of the academic studies and also demonstrated intent to complete a programme in business and show outstanding achievement in business related subjects.

The Grant is US$ 5000 at International level and US$500 at district level and Rs. 5000 at Club Level.

Application forms can also be downloaded from website www.zonta.org.

The applications should reach the club at No. 20, Deal Place, Colombo 3, on or before March 30, 2005.
