Premier Pacific to invest on two more mega projects By Shirajiv Sirimane Premier Pacific Pinnacle complex built with an investment of Rs. 1.2 billion at Colombo 4 was ceremonially declared opened yesterday. It is one of the few buildings in Sri Lanka with a strong foundation that can withstand nearly any natural disaster including tremors' said the Chairman of the project Nimal Perera. He said that the response for the project was tremendous as they have sold all the apartments before three months of the opening. "This is because our prices are economical and our first project Premier Pacific was a success," he said. The management has decided to invest in more projects and we have joined a Hong Kong based partner to build another apartment complex for Rs. 2.4 billion. Our fourth project would be at Sangarajah Mawatha to put up shopping complexes with an investment of be Rs. 2.5 billion," he said. He said that Premier Pacific Pinnacle complex 's most significant feature of the is its 'close to nature' theme that includes a number of creative water features and a roof garden never before seen in this country. "For the first time we are having fish tanks at the higher floor in the food court area," he said. "With this, our second project, we are now well on our way to establishing the trend for others to follow," he said. |
