Home guards will be released soon - Thamil Selvam by Tennekone Kulasekera LTTE Political wing leader Thamil Selvam said all prisoners of war taken into custody by the LTTE over the past two decades have been released by them from time to time. Thamil Selvam assured that other than the two homeguards who were detained in Trincomalee a few days ago, the LTTE is does not have any detainees. He assured that even the two homeguards will be released through the Red Cross in a few days' time. 'This is the sincere announcement the LTTE has to convey to the parents in the South' Selvam said. |
