ASPI up, Milanka dips

The CSE All Share Price Index was slightly up from 1,421.07 points on Monday to 1,422.62 while the Milanka Index dipped from 2,122.57 points to 2,120.74 yesterday.

The turnover for the day too dipped from Rs.152, 383,934 to Rs.121, 775,250. Domestic purchases were Rs.2,201 million and foreign purchases Rs.110 million.

The top five gainers were Keells Food, Lanka Cement, CIT, Lankem Ceylon and Confifi Hotel.
