Kumar, Upul and Dilshan - charged by match referee Kumar Sangakkara, Upul Chandana and T. M. Dilshan of Sri Lanka were charged by match Referee Mike Proctor at the end of the Asia Cup Final on August 1 at R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium for violating the ICC code of conduct for players. Sangakkara was found guilty of a level 2.9 charge and fined his full match fee for the offence. Dilshan and Chandana were found guilty of level 1.4 charge and fined 50% their match fees. (SLC release) |
