Best wishes from PM Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapakse has sent his best wishes to the participants of the Ahmadiyya Muslim convention. In a message addressed to His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Supreme Head of the Worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, London, United Kingdom, the Prime Minister states: "It is my privilege to convey to you my greetings and to extend my best wishes to the participants of the International Ahmadiyya Muslim Convention that takes place from July 30 to August 1 at Islamabad, Tilford, Surrey. The convention provides yet another opportunity for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at to re-dedicate itself to the service of mankind and to mobilise its members in the support of peace in the world. I wish to commend the Jama'at for extending it's services to people in various parts of the world across the barriers of race, religion and colour. I hope your message of universal brotherhood will reach all communities in all parts of the world." |
