Millennium City Kurunegala is a project of Ceylinco Real Estate Developers Ltd., a subsidiary of Ceylinco Securities and Financial Services Ltd., a company coming under Ceylinco Consolidated. The total township will comprise 176 houses on 50 acres of land. As in the case of all other Millennium City townships, this too is BOI approved, hence all related benefits such as duty waivers on imported building materials would be passed on to customers. Designed by reputed architects, all construction will be carried out by ICTAD registered contractors. The entrance facade to the township will provide 24 hour security, while landscaped gardens, a scenic lake, large swimming pool, club house, gym, sports and recreational facilities, provide residents with secure as well as picturesque surroundings, with the added facility of sports and recreational facilities. Millennium City dwellers could avail themselves of easy payment facilities via banks and reputed finance houses, said Executive Director Ceylinco Real Estate Group, Nimal Bandara. The Kurunegala project too is a township in itself, providing dwellers a healthy lifestyle. Designed according to housing development found in countries such as Malaysia, Australia and Singapore, Millennium City townships offer residents a new dimension to modern living. So far over 1,500 families are residing in Millennium City townships with this number increasing rapidly. |
