Need help Mrs. F. Rihana of 49/8, Dharga Road, China Fort, Beruwala is suffering from an acute heart ailment, Atrial Septal Defect, and Consultant Cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. G. A. C Amarasena has recommended an urgent heart surgery, for closure of ASD, to save her life.

The surgery is estimated to cost around Rs. 230,000 which is payable on admission to hospital. Mrs. Rihana has sought assistance from the President's Fund to meet part of the cost. She says she is unable to meet the balance cost due to her family's present financial plight.

She requests philanthropists and the general public to assist her cause by sending whatever contributions possible to expedite the surgery. All contributions should be remitted to account number 1 002802680023 at the National Savings Bank, Beruwala branch.
