HSBC's Custody and Clearing Dept. ranked No.1 HSBC's Custody and Clearing Department was ranked Number 1 in Sri Lanka which the department achieved with ISO accreditation earlier this year in the review of Agent Banks in the Emerging Markets 2003, conducted by the "Global Custodian" magazine. "Respondents say HSBC is responsive and helpful, and willing to propose solutions in case of a problem" was the comment on HSBC Sri Lanka. The survey conducted by Global Custodian was designed to measure the quality of service that sub-custodians across more than 60 markets provide to their domestic and cross-border clients. Information was gathered via questionnaires. These clients then sent the completed questionnaires directly to the Global Custodian magazine where their replies were assessed to provide accurate ratings for each bank. |
