EDIRISINGHE - MRS A.A.D.M. PERERA (Retired Headmistress). Beloved wife of late Edirisinghe Albert Perera (Retired Inspector of Telecommunication), dearest mother of Nanda, Cissy, Upali, Siripala (Eddie), late Sunil, Mangalika and Tilak and mother-in-law of Daniel Wickramarachchi, Mahinda Hettiarachchi, Buddhikumara Nissanka, Yoshi, Malanie, Thilaka and Anuradha, expired. Cortege leaves residence No. 443, "Sinhalena", Makola South, Makola at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 17th June for Cremation at General Cemetery, Makola.

FONSEKA - MRS ALLED ACTLINA (Mrs Albert Fonseka) - Wife of the late Albert Fonseka, beloved mother of the late Kithsiri, Mangalika and Palitha, mother-in-law of the late A.H.D.S. de Silva, grandmother of Lasinee, Sudarshan, Sadeepani, Sampath and Lalith, expired. Cremation will take place at the Family Burial Ground on 18th June at 4.30 p.m. 105, Hapitigama, Kal Eliya.

JAYAWARDENA - COL. KINGSLEY (Retired Armoured Corp - SLA). Dearest husband of Anne (nee Brough), loving father of Rohan and Melanie (ABN - AMRO Bank, Singapore), Nishan (Ace Cargo/Aitken Spence), Gehan and Kalpani (Free Lanka Trading) and Shehan (UK), son of the late Edward Jayawardena and Lilian Nawaratne of Nuwaraeliya, dearest grandpa of Shehanie and Aaron. Remains lie at A.F. Raymond's Parlour until 9 p.m. on Wednesday 16th June. Thereafter the remains will be removed to the residence 616/4, Kotte Road, Etul-Kotte, Kotte. Cortege leaves at 4 p.m. on Thursday 17th June. Burial at General Cemetery, Kanatte (Anglican Section).

KUNDANMAL DINA - Regret to announce the death of Dina. Beloved son of the late Mr and Mrs Henry and Chandra Liyanage, dearly loved father of Praveen, Roshan and Jeevani, grandfather of Arianna Liyanage, only brother of Anoja Seneviratne and Gitanjali Abeyasinghe, passed away on 11th June 2004. Seneviratne (Retired Principal), beloved mother of Ananda (Architect), Vipula (Australia), Prabath (Australia), Sardha (Ruwan Batiks) and Shirani, mother-in-law of Daya (Lumbini Vidyalaya), Amali (Australia), expired. Cortege will leave residence for Cremation at Nawala Cemetery at 5 p.m. on Thursday 17th (today). 13, Sarasavi Gardens, Nawala Road, Nugegoda.

Dearly beloved husband of late Jegathieswary, loving father of Srikantha (International Alert), loving father-in-law of Premala (Sri Lanka Tea Board), brother of Velautha Seyone, late Rasalakshmi Sabaratnam, late Visaka Seyone and late Thanalakshmi Kunanayagam. Cortege leaves A.F. Raymond's Funeral Parlour at 4.15 p.m. on Thursday 17th June. Cremation at Jawatte Cemetery at 5.00 p.m.
