The  Average Weighted Prime Lending Rates (AWPLR) & the Lowest Prime Rate (LPR) during the week ended 14th, November 2003 by all commercial banks were 8.94 percent and 07.60 per cent respectively.

The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of Commercial banks for the month October, 2003 was 05.43 percent.
