Sri Lanka master Athletes excel in Malaysia

Four member Sri Lanka Masters Athletic team won the best team award at the opening ceremony and won 05 Golds & 02 Silvers at the recently concluded 3rd Johor Open Masters Athletic Championships held in Johor Bharu, in Malaysia. The medal winners are:

400 metres - Silver Medal - 62.2 Secs

800 metres - Gold Medal - 2.26 23 Secs

1500 metres - Gold Medal - 6 m 14.4 Secs

K. Wimalasiri (Chico Ltd.) 45-49)

100 metres - Gold Medal - 13.2 Secs

200 metres - Gold Medal - 27.7 Secs

Panduka Jayamanne (Seylan Bank) 50-54)

Javelin Throw - Gold Medal - 34.63 m
