Vajpayee wraps up Thailand visit CHIANG MAI, Thailand, Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee departed from this northern city yesterday after a four-day visit to Thailand which included the signing of a landmark free trade agreement. Thailand is the third country to reach a free trade deal with India after Nepal and Sri Lanka, while India is the second country to sign such a pact with Thailand after China.
