CMC members Norway bound

Colombo Municipal Council UNP Members Ajith Dhammika Karunaratne, Premajayantha Kasturiarachchi and Sagara Senaratne and CMC Opposition Leader Milton Liyanage (PA), left the island last Tuesday to observe the Local government elections in Norway on the invitation of Oslo City Mayor.

At the end of the electioneering survey in Norway, they are expected to participate in the United Youth Human Rights Conference in France.

They will proceed to Italy, Austria, Denmark and Germany.

A Government delegation comprising Minister Professor Jayalath Jayawardena, Ja-Ela UC Chairman and several others will join the team in Europe.
