Husband of Lilian, father of Geetha & the late Piyal, grandfather of Anura Abeysinghe, brother of the late Artie, Constance, Vernon, Oscar, Lionel & Neville, brother-in-law of the late W.D. Gunaratna and the late V.F. Gunaratna. The remains lie at the residence No.7, Greenlands Avenue, Colombo 05. Funeral arrangements will be notified later.

Beloved husband of the late Grace (nee Udugama), loving father of Nihal (Liptons) and Mohan (Oman Police), father-in-law of Lanka and Nandani, grandfather of Tanya, Inoka, Natalie, Natasha and Shayarana, great-grandfather of Nadia, much loved uncle of Nissanka and Saroja, expired.
