SriLankan Airlines purchased the Performance HR management system from eSenze solutions a subsidiary of Hemas Holdings recently.

According to Assistant Manager, Sales eSenze, Rukshan Jayatante this IT based solution is a 100% Sri Lankan product. "This would be an ideal mechanism for companies to manage their Human resources in a more efficient manner."

He said that this product was launched in 2001 and already companies such as Lanka Lubricants, Maritime Holdings, Stafford Motors Hidramani Group are using it."

"PeopleX is the brand name of the state of the art web based eHRM solution designed and developed by eSenze Solutions. The company promises to provide IT solutions for Human Resources Management with cutting edge technology that focus on capacity building, competency identification and improvement of workforce.

The client base of eSenze Solutions includes the SriLankan national carrier and many other Colombo-based prestigious organisations and multinationals," he said.
