Two leading Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) trainers from the NLP EduCare Europa Center for Human Excellence are here to help Sri Lankans to communicate more effectively in business and private life. The two resource persons from Denmark, are Inger Marie Haut who has her Master's in Nutrition, a licensed NLP trainer and a member of The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Pernille Knudtzen, MD, also a licensed NLP trainer and a member of The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, who is a freelance general practitioner, acupuncturist, travelling between Spain and Denmark. "We are optimistic of the NLP training in Sri Lanka, especially because of the new concept of personal coaching and private consultations we offer, the module on 'Balancing career with personal life' for ladies only is in great demand in the North and should prove useful for the Asian career woman too," Knudtzen said. "NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, comprises the three main areas involved in the human experience; Neuro refers to the five senses; seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and tasting. We get information through the senses and store our experience in different ways. We create an internal representation of the experience of the external world. Language is verbal or non-verbal language, thoughts, expressing the internal state and processes. Programming means our behaviour, attitude and performance," Marie Haut explained. |
