Implementing the balanced scorecard in Lanka Allan Fell, a performance management specialist from the United Kingdom will conduct a training workshop on implementing the balanced scorecard in Sri Lankan on May 28 at the Distance Learning Centre Sri Lanka. This is a practical training program designed to develop strategic planners such as Managing Directors, CEOs, Business Development Managers, Heads of Corporate Planning, Strategic Managers, Corporate Planners, Financial Directors, and other Senior Managers. The training workshop will be followed by five other focused two-day training seminars organised during the next nine months. Also a special e-Balanced Scorecard Forum (e-BSC Forum) will be created as an exclusive forum for participating companies to provide senior executives of companies an opportunity to share problems, experiences and knowledge of implementing the Balanced Scorecard and also get online advice from Allan Fell and other experts. The idea is to organise a continuous monitoring and improvement system that will ensure successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in Sri Lanka. |
