North-South meet at "Peace Trophy" cricket Three Cricket Crazy schools from the North namely; St. John's, St. Patricks and Jaffna Central will be arriving in Colombo on 21st March 2003 to take part in the "Peace Trophy" cricket tournament against Royal College, Colombo 7. St. John's who are unbeaten todate played 7 matches of which 4 were won by an innings, 2 were won by wickets and the big match ended in a draw. The first ever limited over match between St. John's & Jaffna Central was played on 18.3.2003 and it was won by St. John's by 44 runs. St. John's Jaffna OBA (South Sri Lanka) is making arrangements to felicitate the team on 26th March 2003 at a simple ceremony at the Holy Trinity Church, Parish Hall, Wellawatte. The itinerary : 21.3.2003 - Arrival at Royal College. 24.3.2003 - Royal vs Jaffna Central - Royal grounds, St. John's vs St. Patricks - St. Thomas - Mt. grounds. 25.3.2003 - Royal vs St. John's - Royal grounds, Jaffna Central vs St, Patricks - STC - Mt. grounds. 26.3.2003 - St. John's vs Jaffna Central - Royal grounds, Royal vs St. Patricks - STC - Mt. grounds. 28.3.2003 - Final.
