| CWC's annual convention in Kandy The Ceylon Workers' Congress will hold its 33rd annual convention at the Bogambara esplanade, Kandy, on February 14, 15 and 16, under the patronage of CWC Leader Arumugan Thondaman, a press release from the Ministry of Housing and Plantation Infrastructure. The venue which can accommodate 25,000 CWC members will have five camps. The President, the Prime Minister, the Opposition leader, government and opposition Parliamentarians, the Foreign Diplomats and several South Indian Ministers and artistes have been invited. |
