Payments Forum

DMS Electronics together with Comex GeneSys, hp, and Oracle will hold a High-Level forum to present strategies on Trends in Financial Services and Technology.

DMS Electronics (DMSE), a leading solutions integrator, will co-host this forum for a select group of senior banking executives with Comex GeneSys, Asia's leading solutions provider of card and payment solutions, hp, the leading global provider of products, technologies, solutions and services to consumers and businesses, and Oracle, the world's largest enterprise software company, at the JAIC Hilton today, a statement from DMS said.

At the Forum, industry standard bearers will discuss strategies and best practices for managing the profitability of the credit cards and payments business by driving sales, managing costs and helping banks adapt to the changing standards and technologies.

The introduction of cost-effective open systems and efficient card operations will help banks optimise their business and manage costs more effectively.

This is especially important today as banks compete more aggressively for a greater share of the market. The importance of this forum is that the economy is set to take off which will in turn induce the financial markets, especially the payments transaction processors to take more competitive measures.

Innovative products will be the order of the day. In this light DMS Electronics thought it timely and appropriate to be involved in co-hosting this forum with our valued solution partners for the benefit of the Sri Lankan banks and businesses that will adopt payment card products, the statement said.
