by Bharatha Malawaraarachchi Hospital authorities are now inquiring to ascertain whether there is a lapse on the part of the private security in connection with the double murder at the Colombo National Hospital. "An inquiry headed by an Administrative Officer has now been initiated in to this incident. A further course of action will be taken depending on the recommendations of his report, hospital's director Dr. Hector Weerasinghe told the Daily News yesterday. In this case, two patients at the CNH were killed and another was injured when an unidentified gang stabbed them after storming the accident ward on Saturday night. |
