Aitken Spence Insider Dealing issue : Attorney General's decision in two weeks The two-member panel report on the alleged 'insider dealing' issue attributed to three directors of the Aitken Spence and Co Ltd including the Chairman of the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), Michael Mack was presented to the Attorney General, President's Counsel, K.C. Kamalasabayson last morning. The Attorney General's decision on this matter will be announced in two weeks time after hearing the Director General of the Securities Exchange Commission and the Counsel for Michael Mack. The 20-page report compiled by the two-member panel comprising a retired Supreme Court Judge and an eminent member of the Accounting profession has detailed financial and legal aspects of the issue, according to finance industry sources.
