Colombo bourse turnover Rs. 29 m

Colombo bourse experienced a rather sluggish trading day yesterday recording a turnover of Rs. 29 million.

Among the heavily traded shares were JKH and Tess Agro (a new entrant to the market) shares which were traded at Rs. 12.75.

Central Finance share prices shot up by Rs.9 to close at Rs. 105 following the Government's payment of Rs. 250 million on an earlier bus deal.

The ASPI was down by .5 percent while Milanka recorded a slight increase.
