Part of Bally's removed

An unauthorised section of the Bally's Club in Kollupitiya was demolished yesterday.

The Urban Development Authority has taken a tough stand to remove all unauthorised structures in the City regardless of political interference, a senior UDA official said.

The management of the Bally's Club had consented to the removal of their unauthorised structure after an agreement with the UDA.
