SriLankan Airlines is offering double Miles for Skywards members who fly Business Class on the airline's own services on selected routes in November. This offer of double Miles is in addition to the usual 25 per cent Business Class bonus.

Members of Skywards Family Bonus Programme travelling during the promotion period will be entitled to 20 per cent of the total promotional Miles in addition to their usual Skywards Miles.

This double Miles offer is open to Skywards members who purchase and use Business Class tickets on selected routes between November 1 and 30, 2002. (The routes not included in this promotional offer are to/from Colombo and Male, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Trichy, Mumbai, Chennai and London; and those between Male and London).

Customers who become Skywards members before November 30 are eligible to participate in this offer. SriLankan's Business Class seats offer superior comfort with ample recline and leg space, lumbar adjustment and an electronic headrest and footrest. Seats are placed two abreast as in First Class on other airlines, so that every passenger gets an aisle or window seat.

Apart from in-seat television, each seat is fitted with an individual reading lamp plus a personal video player with a choice of more than 40 video titles onboard.

Sri Lankan has also just introduced video games inflight. Entertainment includes 17 audio channels in a range of languages.

Business Class also offer passengers their 'office in the sky' with individual phones, air-to-ground faxing and laptop re-charging facilities.

In addition, the Business Class menu features a choice of eastern and western cuisine. Sri Lankan offers a choice of 12 different teas in Business Class.
