Mr. Gamage has said his son Thilina Gayashan Gamage, a student of Ananda Kanishta Vidyalaya, Batuwanhena had an extraordinary growth in his neck. Doctors who examined him recommended surgery to remove it and accordingly he admitted the child to the Karapitiya hospital.
