Karu Jayasuriya heads Gampaha district committees

Government has appointed the Gampaha District MP and the Minister of Power and Energy Karu Jayasuriya as the Chairman of Gampaha District Co-ordinating Committee. In addition to district committee Chairman the Minister will work as the Chairman of Gampaha Divisional Co-ordinating Committee.

Other appointed Divisional Co-ordinating Committee chairpersons are as follows: Ja-ela: Minister Jayalath Jayawardhana, Negombo: Speaker Joseph Michael Perera, Mahara: District MP Ravindra Randeniya, Biyagama: Minister Suranimala Rajapaksa, Wattala: Minsiter John Amaratunga, Katana: District MP Olitha Premathiratna, Attanagalla: District MP Sarathchandra Rajakaruna.
