The National Selection Committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in Sri Lanka has selected the following squads for the Bangladesh tour of Sri Lanka 2002.

Squad for 3-day match at Moratuwa from 12-14 July.

Ian Daniel, T. M. Dilshan, Jehan Mubarak, Anushka Polonowita, Prasanna Jayawardena (captain), Pulasthi Guneratne, Akalanka Ganegama, Kaushal Lokuarachchi, M. Pushpakumara, S. Weerakoon, Michael Vandort, Ishara Amarasinghe, Dammika Perera, Ravindra Pushpakumara, Chinthaka Jayasinghe.

BCCSL Development squad for 3-day match at NCC grounds from 16-18 July

Jeevan Mendis (vice captain), Sanjeewa Silva, C. Sylvester, Chamila Gamage, Hasantha Fernando, Shantha Kalawitigoda (captain), Sumalka Perera, Thilina Kandambi, Malintha Gajanayake, Rally Tissera, L. Malinge, Thilina Thushara Mirando, Dammika Niroshan.
