Putting the loyalty link The Ceylon Hotel School Graduates Association will hold its first in the series of seminars for the year 2002 on "Putting the loyalty link to your work in your workplace" on May 31 from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. at the M.Y.M. Thahir Auditorium of the Ceylon Hotel School, Steuart Place, Colombo 3. The objective of this program is to make the managers of service organisations, Department managers and service executives realise that customer delight can be achieved only through delighted employees. In any organisation the frontline employees are in contact with customers and can make or break customer loyalty so make your employees loyal to your organisation. In this era of "knowledge worker" customer loyalty can only be achieved through employee loyalty. The resource person is Mr. Rienzie Martinesz who has 22 years of experience in sales and marketing in the consumer, consumer durable and financial services markets. Rienzie was the President of Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) in the year 2000. He is currently the Chairman of the Marketing and Sponsorship Committee of the BCCSL responsible for securing sponsorship amounting to US $ 5 million for the next three years. He is a Diplomat of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and certified Professional Marketer of the Asia Pacific Marketing Federation. He is currently with Lanka Orix Leasing Co. as the Head of Marketing. |
