Sri Lanka will play in Quaid-I-Azam soccer c'ships

Sri Lanka will be among the Asian teams taking part at the four-nation Quaid-i-Azam International Soccer Championship in August in Karachi, Pakistan.

National teams from Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka have confirmed their participation while Iran's Azadi Club is yet to respond. However, the official said, the tournament would be cancelled if the national elections, scheduled to be held in October, were conducted in August.
