More power switched on by Ranga Jayasuriya The power cut will be restricted to a maximum of three hours per week
from today . It will be imposed every other day excluding Poya days,
holidays and weekends, Power and Energy Minister Karu Jayasuriya yesterday
told at a press conference held at his Ministry. But he urged the nation
to "save electricity since the crisis was not 100 percent
solved".
