HNB Jaffna branch on 'HatnaNet' For the convenience of businessmen in Jaffna the Hatton National Bank (HNB) has connected its Jaffna branch to the rest of the branch network enabling customers from anywhere in the country to operate accounts from the Jaffna branch and vice versa. 'HatnaNet' is today the largest computerised customer services network in the island. It is also a Digital Trade Floor where all external business organisations could also use the bank's IT infrastructure to transact business among one another on a common platform. This evolves a secure and binding relationship in taking banking concepts beyond the defined boundaries. Customers of branches such as Jaffna, Vavuniya, Trincomalee, Ampara, Batticaloa and Kalmunai who were not able to enjoy the "anywhere banking" concept until recent times will be provided "anywhere banking" islandwide with ease and comfort. |
