Chinese delegation arrives today

A delegation from the People's Republic of China will arrive here today (March 1) on the invitation of the Association for Sri Lanka - China Social and Cultural Co-operation to promote friednship between the two countries and its people on the eve of the 45th anniversary of establishing Diplomatic Relations between the two countries.

A spokesman for the Association said the delegation will also include the Vice President, Director and two Deputy Directors of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign countries.
