ALFRED RAYAPPU Oblate of Mary Immaculate, missionary from Sri Lanka in Pakistan expired in his Parish, Pir Mahal (Faisalabad Diocese) unexpectedly on 16th January, 2002. Yapa (retired Teacher), mother of Shyamali Yapa (Attorney-at-Law), mother-in-law of Palitha Kannangara (Sinwa Group of Companies) and much loved grandmother of Anuji Thilanka, expired. Suddenly at home in Sydney Australia, formerly of Ceylon (ex Royal College), loving husband fo Marcia, father of Natalie & Gavin, father-in-law of Barry & Susan, grandad of Lachlan, Meg. Kelly & Adam, brother of Hugh (deceased), Phyllis Senaris (deceased), Earle (UK), Gille, Hyacinth de Kretser and Marcelene Wickramasinha. May he rest in peace.
