"I want to come to Lipton Circus, that is my hobby. I cannot do that as the Governor," Mr. Mowlana whose name has been omitted from the PA National List told the 'Daily News'. He had had extensive talks with PA General Secretary D.M. Jayaratne and President's Secretary K. Balapatabendi on Monday. "Neither do I want to govern, nor do I want to be governed," he added.
