The Secretary-General of Parliament requests all Members of the new Parliament or their secretaries, to contact the Assistant Director (Administration) (Table Office) on Wednesday the 12th, December, 2001 before 4.00 p.m. on the following telephone numbers: 777303, 777304, 777273 and 777367 to facilitate the arrangements for the First Meeting of the Fifth Parliament. An information Desk will be operative in Parliament from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on Thursday the 13th and Friday the 14th, December 2001 for the convenience of Members of Parliament. The Members are requested to be present at this occasion as arrangements have been made to provide vital information and various documents at the Information Desk. The Members of Parliament are also requested to bring their National Identity Cards along with them, to facilitate entry to the Parliamentary Complex and use the Members Entrance to enter the Parliament building. |
